Introduction
Workers attending the Site can sign in to a Work Order associated with the Supplier they are working for (i.e. Contractor linked to the Client account)
The Sign-in Process is managed using the ComplyFlow Live Access app
When Work Orders are not enabled, Workers will enter the Activity they are working on β see Activity Feature
The Sign-out process asks each Worker for a status update of the Work Order or Activity β see Signing Out of Work Order
Using Live Access for sign in ensures Workers activities are accurately recorded and tracked.
This streamlined process not only facilitates real-time oversight for Area Supervisor, but also ensures that all work conducted on-site is adequately documented, enhancing accountability and coordination across the project
