Work Orders will be marked active once a Supplier/Worker has signed in and selected the Work Order through the Live Access App. See Signing In to Work Order
You will need at least the View Supplier Company Details (previously Contractor R) permission to access and view the Work Orders List View below. For more information, see Navigating Work Orders & Permissions Overview
Active Work Order Indicator
When a Supplier is working on a Work Order, a green dot indicating that the Work Order is active will appear beside the Work Order ID value.
Active Work Orders will also be displayed first in the Work Orders table to make it easier for Staff Users to track which Work Orders are currently active.
While active, the Work Order’s Supplier will also display a tooltip with the names of all employees working on that work order when hovered over.
