Keep your project files organized, accessible, and connected, all in one place. ConCntric's content Management gives you a centralized space to store, manage, and collaborate on critical project documents.
Any attachment you add while working throughout the platform will be stored in Content Management based on its corresponding entity, whether Issues, Risks, ForeSite, or Procurement.
By clicking on any file, you can see its details, add tags to it for better organization, and download it to open it on your computer.
Click on View to open the file within ConCntric. Here you can use many annotation tools, fill and sign documents, and see linked entities.
In the entities tab, you can see where this file is being used, and these are direct links, so when you click on it, it will automatically open the corresponding item.
When looking at all files at once, you can use the search bar, the filters, and the tags to easily locate the file you are searching for.
If you upload files to Content Management, they will be stored in the standalone section. And when you attach it to an item, it will move to the corresponding section.
For example, when working on a ForeSite item, you can add attachment from your computer, and they will be subsequently added to Content Management. Or you can attach them from Content Management, and use the available filtering and sorting tool to quickly locate the needed file.
Once added to an item, you can now find this attachment in the ForeSite tab in Content Management. This ensures your files remain organized throughout the preconstruction process.
