Yes, there is an ACH payment processing fee charged for all withdrawals. If your investment was made less than 12 months ago, there will be a short-term withdrawal fee that is applied as well.

ACH Payment Processing Fee
Normally, banks charge a small ACH transfer fee of 0.1% (10bps) for withdrawals. Concreit covers this fee for you when you make an investment. For withdrawals, this fee is typically passed on to investors—but right now, we are waiving it as a promotional benefit.

Redemption (Withdrawal) Fee
To keep our fund stable and fair for all investors, a small fee may apply when you withdraw your principal, depending on how long your money has been invested:

  • Less than 1 year → 2% fee

  • 1–2 years → 1% fee

  • Over 2 years → no fee

You’ll always get your principal back, but the timing of your withdrawal determines whether a small redemption cost applies.
