Yes, there is an ACH payment processing fee charged for all withdrawals. If your investment was made less than 12 months ago, there will be a short-term withdrawal fee that is applied as well.

ACH payment processing fee

There is typically 10bps (0.1%) ACH transfer fee charged for withdrawals. This is a payment processing fee that banks charge Concreit. When you make an investment, Concreit pays this fee for you. When you make a withdrawal, we would typically pass this fee through to you, but we are currently waiving this fee for our investors as a promotional waiver.

Short-term withdrawal fee

At Concreit we believe in maximizing returns and protecting your principal. If you decide to withdraw your money that has been invested less than 12 months, there will be a short-term withdrawal fee assessed. Unlike other platforms, we don't charge a fee based on your initial investment, but rather assess a fee from the portion of the profit that you earned.

We charge a fee when you withdraw dividends that were earned within the last 12 months. In this case, you should receive 100% of your principal and will be sent back 4/5 of your short-term gains. When evaluating a withdrawal request, we automatically look for the oldest available dividends to minimize this fee on your behalf to maximize potential returns for you.

  • This fee only applies to the dividend portion of your withdrawal. We do not charge any redemption or withdrawal fees on your original investment amount.

  • This fee does not affect the dividends remaining in your account.
