How to Create Bundles and Sets?

Before set up the Bundles and Sets, please make sure to

1) Identify your Bundle and Components: To refresh the concept of an Bundle and Components , see the Article What is Bundles and Sets?

2) Enable Auto Calculation feature: See the Article Bundle's Inventory Automatic Calculation

How to set up the Bundles and Sets?

In the app's sidebar menu, click Bundle Groups. Click Enable button if this is the first time you use this feature to create Bundles and Sets.

Click Create a new Bundle Group button.

Enter a Bundle and Set name. This name is not visible to your customers. It just helps you to easily identify what the Bundle and Set is created for what purpose.

You can use the title of the product that you had identify as the Bundle

Select one product (or variant) as the Bundle

On the Search Products sidebar, select one products (or variants) that you would denote as the Bundle. You can type the product title to search for the product (or variants).

Click the Add button to put them into the centre panel. Afterwards, click the Set as Master button.

πŸ’‘ Ignore the text that reads "Quantity: 0". The quantity will be replaced by the app 10 minutes after the bundle is well set up.

Select products (or variants) as Components

Similarly, on the Search Products sidebar, select each of the product (or variant) that you would denote as the Component.

Click the Add button to put them into the centre panel.

Update how much quantity that each Component needs to contribute to the bundle.

Finally, click the Save button. A new Bundle and Set has just been created.

Make sure the Component has the correct starting inventory quantity (Optional for the Bundle)

Use Bulk Editor to update Components(Child) with correct starting inventory quantity.

For Bundle (Bundle Master) , this step optional because the app, for every 10 minutes, it will automatically calculate and updates the inventory quantity of the Bundle based on how many Component are left.

Click the Edit Group | Inventory button to enter the Edit Group screen.

Click Edit Inventory button to launch the Bulk Editor.

Check each of the product (or variant) to make sure they have the correct starting inventory quantity. You can to use the Bulk Editor to update their inventory quantity. Click Save at the top right corner of the Bulk Editor to save your changes.
