  • Improved facility pricing workflow by replacing dropdown menus with type-ahead search for catalog numbers when editing facility pricing.

  • Fixed validation issue that prevented $0 price entries in facility pricing modals to accommodate legitimate zero-cost pricing scenarios.

General

  • Updated PDF forms and styles for clarity and in line with customer feedback.

Events

  • Added the "Loaners Used?" dropdown field to all Events.

  • Added feature to easily create a request from a quote.

  • Added Shipment Tab to the Event Detail Screen for Stocking Order Events to allow the management of direct-to-customer shipment details.

Inventory

  • Added the ability to assign custody to inventory being created using the Scan UDI to Import function.

  • Added the ability to change billable status for inventory created using Scan UDI to Import function. Items will be set to "Billable" by default.

  • Added the ability to associate more than one Catalog #/Lot # combination for the contents of Pack inventory.

Events

  • Updated the quick transfer feature to allow a user to immediately mark items used when quick transferred in the context of an event.

Inventory

  • Added the ability to manually increment/decrement inventory when using Scan UDI feature to import new inventory.

  • Added a feature to allow users to view inventory held at "quick transfer" locations they are associated with on the All Inventory page.

  • Added a new setting for "default unit of measure" for weights. Allows admin to define grams, kilograms, ounces, or pounds.

  • Added a new field to the Catalog item detail to capture shipping weight of the device. This allows for faster calculation when using our Shippo integration.

  • Updated the auto-mapping feature to be more accurate and reliable.

Movements

  • Opened the Quick Transfer feature to allow transfers to comes from any user, not just "custodian only."

  • Added the ability for an admin to quick transfer on behalf of a rep or distributor.

AI

  • Improved the Create Event and Mark Used from uploaded bill sheets to handle documents with significant background "visual noise."

  • Updated the version of the Gemini model being used for all AI queries

Users

  • Added a new "Facility Manager" role to give customers the option to add hospital and ASC staff as users managing inventory and events at their assigned facilities.

Integrations

  • Updated the UI and workflows for our integration framework.

UI/UX

  • Implemented a new PDF framework, allowing us to simplify and streamline many of the PDF templates across the platform, beginning with Sales Orders and Invoices.

  • Improvements to various emails (notifications, requests, due-back extension, events, etc.) to improve clarity and usability ,

  • Removed case-sensitivity on catalog items. Now all catalogs will ignore case sensitivity to prevent inadvertent duplicates.

  • Made improvements to sorting and paging performance.

Mobile

  • Deprecated the ability to install Beacon Mobile on devices other than iPhone, iPad, or Android phones and tablets.

  • Updated push notifications for iOS

Bug Fixes

    • Fixed a bug that prevented preference cards from being sorted by assigned procedure.

    • Fixed a bug that prevented a manufacturer from being assigned to a user when items are quick transferred to a recipient not already assigned to that manufacturer.

    • Fixed a bug that prevented the facility price from being captured when a item is marked from its detail page and not the event itself.

    • Fixed a bug that prevented some users from being able to download facility price .csv documents for some facilities.

Events

  • Added an additional value for "Total Billed Amount" at the bottom of the events list page to now show "Total value" and "Total billed"

    • This is most useful for organizations with stocking order sales that are tracked at the time of sale and then again at the time of use.

    • Added labels to make it clear when the Org is being selected as the user assigned to an event or workflow

    • Applied alpha sort to all dropdown lists

    • Improved the visual indication for active and inactive fields

    • Added a "quick action" for auto reconcile on Audits

    • Improved messaging and alerts on various pages

      • This features requires the user to be allowed to add new inventory to the system and can be turned on in the settings by an organization admin

    • Must be turned on by ConnectSx and requires an additional monthly subscription fee

  • Added a new Hold Status for "Nonconformance"

  • Added a visual indicator to show when an inactive containers has been assigned to an Audit

  • Added support for additional special characters to import

    • Latin lowercase o with slash: ø

    • Masculine ordinal indicator: º

  • Added support for ANSII encoding for imported csv files

Reports

  • Updated the layout and organization of the Reports page

  • Updates to various existing reports and report menus

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that prevented the password reset page from displaying on a phone if Beacon Mobile is installed

  • Fixed an issue that prevented some containers in the Org Custody from showing devices in the container on the audit detail page

  • Fixed a chip that caused some status "chips" to be empty with filters applied to events pages

  • Fixed an issue that caused some scanned UDIs to display an expiration date day earlier than expected

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Catalog # from displaying properly on some catalog detail pages

  • users from selecting more than the default # of displayed items from the preference card catalog dropdown

  • Fixed an issue that prevented Location to be created new during some imports

  • Fixed an issue that prevented facility pricing to be pulled for devices used IF Manufacturer was not associated with event in the event details

  • Fixed an issue that prevented some users from including partial or not shipped items on exported packing slip
