Information and Resources for using Desktop

Desktop is an Electron application and installs into a user specific directory. The application will create a default folder in your Documents folder called Release.

Desktop will run on Windows and requires:

  • 64 bit Windows 7 or newer

  • Allowed outbound traffic over TCP/IP on Port 443

Using Desktop

Desktop streamlines existing workflows for sending and receiving patient documents. The following should be used in conjunction with your EMR or any other system where you store your patient records, such as a document management system.

Managing Updates to Desktop
