How to enable the print to Desktop feature for Windows 10 computers

If you utilize Desktop on a Windows 10 computer, sending messages via the system becomes as easy as printing to your local printer! You will be able to select 'Print' on any printable file (i.e. any document you need to send from your EHR), select the 'Consensus' printer from the printer dialogue, and a message draft will automatically be created with the document attached.

From there, you will simply need to fill in a few key pieces of patient information (or use Patient Search, if available in your EHR) and send the message on its way:
