Desktop allows you to receive a popup notification on your computer, which can be clicked to take you to My Intake.

To Print or Download the message using Desktop, click the pop-up or navigate to your Intake by logging in at https://app.consensuscom. The message will remain in My Intake until it has been processed by you or another user who has permissions to process the message (configured in Intake Rules by your Administrator).
