You can forward a previously released message by selecting the dropdown menu to the left of the message status and clicking Forward. Select your Type and if needed, your To and From fax numbers/Direct addresses; click Send and Confirm.
Forwarding a message allows you to send the content of the message to a fax number or Direct address of your choice.
You can use this to retry a failed fax or Direct message without having to upload the attachment(s) and enter patient details again.
