Administrators have the ability to view all activity for specific messages in My Intake and in Release.
To view message activity:
Locate the message you want to review in My Intake or Release.
Select the drop-down arrow by the message status.
Select Activity.
On the left, All is selected by default to show all activity for the message. Select other activity types on the left to view that particular activity type.
Select the desired date range.
