There are many ways that you can audit activity; they include message events, an organization activity report, as well as specific user or message activity. These audits are found in five separate areas of the system, depending on what type of audit you wish to perform.

Message Events

Message Events displays the date, time and statuses of messages as they are sent and received by your instance for any activated Document Source.

Activity Report

The Activity Report can be found from the Dashboard by selecting the icon on the far right of the Recent Activity grid. The activity report can be filtered by date, then downloaded to show all message activity for your organization.

User Activity

User Activity allows Administrators to view a specific user’s activity, including the type of activity and the date and time performed.

Message Activity

Message Activity allows Administrators to view all activity for specific messages in My Intake and in Release.
