Payment Plans
To access your payment plans, log into your account and go to your product. Then click on "Edit" and go to your payments.
You can choose between three payment options:
One-time payment
Installment payment
Subscription payment
Depending on the vendor's configuration, buyers can select the payment plan that suits them best on a checkout page or agree to the specified available payment plan.
One-time payment
Under this payment plan, a buyer pays the entire price of the product at once upon purchase, and no further payments will occur.
Installment payment
This payment plan divides the total price of the product into installments. In this case, the Vendor specifies the amount of each payment, the total amount of payments and the interval for calculating the payments.
Important for Vendors: You can set the affiliate share to a percentage or a fixed amount that will be deducted from each product order.
This amount/percentage will be deducted from EACH installment when paying in installments. The fixed amount should never be greater than an installment!
If you set both a percentage and a fixed amount, the affiliate will receive their share for each product order plus a one-time provision equal to the fixed amount for the first product order.
If a buyer requests a refund within the time limit, even though he/she has not paid all the installments, he/she will be refunded only the amount already paid.
Please note: You can pause the installments at the order summary.
Subscription
This payment plan provides for a Buyer to pay a fixed amount continuously at equal time intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annually, and annually). The subscription ends when a Buyer cancels it or when a Vendor terminates it. There are no refunds if the subscription is cancelled.
Please note! Addons payment plans may limit the available payment methods for a particular order.
