When purchasing products via CopeCart, there is always a right of withdrawal. This means that you as a buyer have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within a certain period of time without giving any reason, as long as you have not waived your right of withdrawal on the checkout page.
What exactly does this mean?
If you have waived your right of withdrawal, a cancellation on our part is not possible, because you have agreed in the ordering process to the expiration of the right of withdrawal at the beginning of the contract execution, and we have already begun with the execution of the contract. We ask for your understanding here.
If you have contacted the product manufacturer, and he agreed to the cancellation despite your waiver, please send us a screenshot of the confirmation to support@copecart.com, we will check this and take care of your request as soon as possible.
How does the cancellation work?
