UPS is a reliable Carrier Account that enhances shipping processes within Corksy. Follow these steps to establish a connection and ensure that shipping rates are displayed correctly:
Establishing a connection with Corksy
Access Carrier Accounts:
Go to Admin Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Carrier Accounts.
Find UPS in the list and click the Connect Account button.
Connect UPS:
Click Connect Account for UPS.
Select the Integration Type: Legacy or New.
Enter details according to the chosen type (Legacy or New Credentials).
Click Save to connect your UPS account.
Configuring shipping rates with UPS
Manage Rates:
Navigate to Shipping and Delivery → Manage Rates.
Adding Shipping Zones:
Click the Create Shipping Zone button.
Enter the Zone Name and select states.
Click Save to create the zone.
Setting Up Shipping Rates:
Option 1: Set Up Your Own Rates
Click Add Rates and select shipping speed preference.
Fill out Price details and any additional conditions.
Click Save.
Option 2: Use Carrier to Calculate Rates
Click Add Rates and choose UPS.
Select your desired service, input handling fee details, and click Save.
