FedEx integration with Corksy is crucial for managing orders and displaying accurate shipping rates at checkout.
Establishing a connection between FedEx and Corksy
Access Carrier Accounts:
Navigate to Admin Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Carrier Accounts.
Locate FedEx in the carrier list and click the Connect Account button.
Connect FedEx:
Click Connect Account for FedEx.
Enter your Account Number, API Key, and Secret Key.
Optional: Check the Enable Alcohol Service box if certified.
Use Sample Credentials for Staging if applicable.
Click Save to establish the connection with FedEx.
Configuring shipping rates with FedEx
Manage Rates:
Navigate to Shipping and Delivery → Manage Rates.
Adding Shipping Zones:
Click the Create Shipping Zone button.
Enter the Zone Name and select applicable states.
Click Save to create the zone.
Setting Up Shipping Rates:
Option 1: Set Up Your Own Rates
Click Add Rates and select shipping speed.
Enter the Price for the shipping method and conditions if needed.
Click Save.
Option 2: Use Carrier to Calculate Rates
Click Add Rates and choose FedEx.
Pick the desired service, input handling fee details, and click Save.
