Set Bundle Quantity

  1. When creating a bundle, enter a unique bundle name.

  2. Set the Available Quantity—the total number of bundles you want to sell.

    • Example: Set to 10 to allow the sale of 10 bundles before marking it as sold out.

  3. This is ideal for limited edition or mystery packs tied to a marketing campaign.

This method limits sales based on the number of full bundles, regardless of underlying SKU inventory.

Enable Auto-Restock Based on Component SKUs

  1. Check the box to enable auto-restock for the bundle.

  2. This will track inventory against the individual SKUs in the bundle (e.g., Pinot Noir and Chardonnay).

  3. Example:

    • You list 1,000 bundles.

    • Pinot Noir has 100 bottles; 2 are included per bundle.

    • You can only sell 50 bundles before Pinot Noir runs out.

  4. When enabled, Corksy will limit bundle sales based on component availability.

This ensures you don’t oversell items that are shared across multiple bundles or products.

Recommendations for Tracking

  • Recommended: Always check auto-restock to ensure accurate inventory management.

  • ❌ Uncheck only if you want bundle sales strictly limited to the quantity set at the bundle level.

  • 🔄 You may also choose to enable both settings—set a fixed bundle quantity and track SKUs—to cover both limits.

Tracking both bundle and component sales is the most robust inventory method.
