Members can skip an upcoming wine club shipment directly from their account on your website.
1. The member will need to login to their account on your website.
Go to your website and click the account icon or Login.
Enter the email address and password, then select Sign In.
2. Navigate to the Wine Club Shipment
Once logged in, click the account icon again.
Select the My Wine Clubs tab.
Click View Packages.
Locate the shipment they want to skip and click Skip.
3. Confirm the Skip
Select Skip this shipment to confirm.
A confirmation message will appear once the shipment has been successfully skipped.
