Creating a Customer Choice Wine Club Package

  1. From your Corksy admin portal, go to Wine Clubs β†’ [Specific Wine Club]

  2. Click Create a Package

  3. Choose Customer Choice Package

  4. Set the minimum bottles required (e.g., 3 for a 3-bottle package).

  5. Select the payment processing date and add products to the package.

Important: Finalize Wine Club Settings Before Opening

Once you open a wine club package, no changes can be made to its details. Before opening, double-check the following key settings:

  • Default Package Total

  • Minimum Bottles in Cart or Minimum Order Value

  • Payment Processing Date

For Customer Choice Clubs: Ensure the minimum bottles or order value in the default package aligns with the members' expectations for the club. This avoids confusion and ensures a seamless experience.

Customizing Wine Club Packages

  • Default Quantities: Ensure the total equals the minimum required for the package.

  • Full Customization: Set all minimums to 0 to allow members complete flexibility.

  • Mandatory Items: Set minimums to 1 to make items non-removable.

  • Maximums: Adjust to manage inventory limitations.

Opening a Wine Club Package

  1. Confirm all package details, including default selections, minimums, and maximums.

  2. Once confirmed, select Open Package.
    ​Important: After opening, package details cannot be edited.

  3. Members will receive the Wine Club Opening Notification.

Sending Notifications for Wine Club Packages

  1. Customize notifications in Settings β†’ Notifications β†’ Wine Club Section.

  2. Enable or disable notifications and edit subject lines and banners.

  3. Members are notified when the wine club package is opened.

Customer Experience with Wine Club Packages

  1. Members receive an email with a link to your website.

  2. After logging in, members navigate to My Wine Clubs to:

    • Update payments.

    • Change delivery preferences (shipping or pickup).

    • Update shipping addresses.

  3. Members select wines based on package minimums and maximums.

    • A minimum of 3 must be selected to proceed.

  4. Upon confirmation, the customer sees:

    • Non-member price.

    • Wine club discount.

    • Total price.

Processing Wine Club Orders

  1. From the admin portal, select a member order.

  2. Click Close and Process Order.

  3. The order status updates to Processed.

  4. Processed orders move to the Orders tab for fulfillment.

Editing Wine Club Orders

  1. To update an order based on a member's request:

    • Click Edit Order.

    • Make the necessary changes.

    • Save and process the order.

  2. Any additional discounts applied will stack with the automatic wine club discount.

Bulk Processing Wine Club Orders

  1. Filter up to 100 orders at a time.

  2. Select all orders and click Close and Process Orders.

  3. Shipping costs:

    • Wine club tiers may include flat-rate shipping or live/manual rates from the Shipping and Delivery Settings.

Bulk Fulfillment: Fulfilling Wine Club Shipping Orders

  1. Navigate to Orders β†’ Bulk Fulfillment β†’ Create Fulfillment.

  2. Select order types (e.g., wine club orders).

  3. Generate and print shipping labels:

    • Include package type, shipping method, and label size.

  4. Export shipping details to CSV for external fulfillment if necessary.

  5. Bulk print shipping labels and packing slips for completed fulfillments.

Fulfilling Wine Club Pickup Orders

  1. From the Point of Sale or Admin Portal, locate the member’s order.

  2. Click Fulfill β†’ Fulfill Items.

  3. Pickup orders default to the point of sale filter but can be adjusted to view all orders.
