Create a customer choice package

From your Corksy admin portal, go to Wine Clubs → [Select Club Tier] → Create a Package

  • Choose Customer Choice Package

  • Select the Processing Date

  • Add products to the package that members can choose from

  • Use the Minimum Bottles in Entire Cart to set the minimum bottle count (e.g., 3 for a 3-bottle club)

Customize default selections

The default quantity across all selected wines should total the required minimum bottle count (e.g., 3).

  • If you want to allow full customization, set the minimum of each bottle to 0

  • To lock certain bottles in the package, set their minimum to 1 (they cannot be removed by members)

Set minimums and maximums

Set a Maximum Quantity for each wine:

  • Helpful if you're managing inventory limits or bottlenecks

  • Prevents over-drawing inventory for a given shipment

Open the package

After saving the package, a Draft is created.

⚠️ You cannot edit wine club package details (like default wines, minimums, and maximums) after opening.

  • Confirm all details before selecting Open

  • Opening the package triggers the Wine Club Package Opened Notification to members

To edit this notification:

  • Go to Settings → Notifications

  • Scroll to the Wine Club section and customize the subject line, banner, and email content

  • You can enable or disable this notification as needed

Member experience

When members receive the notification and click the link:

  • They are taken to the homepage and prompted to log in

  • From My Wine Clubs, they can:

    • View and select wines

    • Change delivery preference (Shipping or Pickup)

    • Update payment or shipping details

If a wine has a minimum set to 1, the member cannot deselect it.

  • Members must meet the total minimum bottle count before proceeding

  • If they don’t, the default package will be submitted

  • After confirming their selection, they will see:

    • Non-member price

    • Wine club discount

    • Final total

Admin review and editing

After a member completes their selection:

  • Go to Wine Clubs → Member Selections

  • Refresh to view their Completed status

  • If they opted for early processing, their status will change to Processed

  • To manually assist a member:

    • Click into the order

    • Use Edit Order to make changes based on their request

    • Wine club discounts will apply automatically

Note: If a discount is manually applied, it stacks with any automatic wine club discount.

Individual processing

To process an order individually:

  • Select the order

  • Click Actions → Close & Process Order

  • Once processed, the order moves to Paid & Unfulfilled

  • It will appear in the Orders tab, ready for fulfillment

💡 Automatic wine club discounts will apply during processing. If you manually apply an additional discount, it will stack on top of the automatic one already associated with the club.

Bulk processing

To process multiple wine club orders at once:

  • Filter up to 1000 orders

  • Select all

  • Click Close & Process Orders

Shipping is pulled from:

  • Wine Club Tier Settings (e.g., $10 flat rate), or

  • Shipping & Delivery Settings (manual or live rates)

💡 Automatic wine club discounts will apply during processing. If you manually apply an additional discount, it will stack on top of the automatic one already associated with the club.

Bulk fulfillment

Once wine club orders are processed:

  • Go to Orders → Bulk Fulfillment → Create Fulfillment

  • Select Wine Club Orders

  • Choose between:

    • Buy and Print Labels

    • Export and Generate Labels Externally (CSV for 3rd-party shipping)

To buy labels:

  • Enter Package Details:

    • Bottle count

    • Package Type

    • Shipping Method

    • Label Size

    • Shipping Date

  • Click Buy Labels → Confirm

After generating:

  • Bulk print Shipping Labels and Packing Slips

  • You’ll see which orders are printed and fulfilled

Point of Sale (Pickup)

Most wine club pickups are fulfilled through the POS:

  • Filter to All Orders (not just POS orders)

  • Search for the member’s name

  • Select their order

  • Click Fulfill → Fulfill Items
