Why doesn't cashback appear on my account?

Cashback may appear in your Coupons.com account within 48 hours after a purchase is made. If it doesn’t appear after 48 hours, possible reasons include:

  • Cookies were not accepted from the partner store, which are necessary to confirm the sale.

  • You did not visit Coupons.com or use the Coupons.com extension before making your purchase.

  • You visited Coupons.com but did not log in before purchasing.

  • An ad blocker is preventing Coupons.com services from tracking your purchase.

  • You were browsing other websites during the purchase.

  • You used an exclusive offer incompatible with Coupons.com cashback (e.g., email offers or discount coupons).

  • You used a promotional code that isn’t compatible with Coupons.com cashback.

  • Cashback is not offered for private sales or through sellers’ referral offers.

  • The order was placed through a telephone advisor.

  • For new customers, some sellers require the first purchase to be made immediately after creating an account.

  • Cashback is not available when purchasing gift cards.

Exceptions for certain merchants:

  • Travel (hotels, car rentals, stays) cashback may appear after the service is completed.

  • Amazon cashback appears 48 hours after the order is shipped; some product categories may be excluded (check the store’s website for details).

  • Cashback for opening bank accounts or life insurance may appear after the account is fully opened (see store details).

If you have met all the conditions and still don’t see your cashback, please contact our customer service team. Cashback adjustments may apply to purchases made within the last 4 months.
