We’re here to help! If your cashback wasn’t credited, it could be due to one of these common reasons:
The system sometimes adjusts double commissions so only one is applied
Items were returned or exchanged
Payment didn’t go through
A promo code from outside Coupons.com was used
A gift card or credit card was used
The offer came from a private sales site
Employee or council offers were used
Other websites were visited during checkout such as coupon sites, Google, Kelkoo, or competing cashback sites
Referral offers from a partner seller were used
A cross-tracking app or ad blocker may have prevented your purchase from being detected
If you believe your cashback was rejected in error, reach out to Customer Support and attach your invoice or order confirmation email. We will gladly review it for you
