Why hasn't my transaction been tracked?

Sometimes we are not notified about your transaction because it was not successfully completed via our website. For example:

  • You did not click on "get reward" on your confirmation email to complete the transaction.

  • You clicked out of the retailer's website onto another site before completing the transaction

  • Cookies were disabled on the browser.

  • Adblocker was turned on.

  • Another code or discount was applied.

  • Another email address was used at any point in the transaction.
