Anchor points allow you to link buttons to specific blocks on pages. When you click the button linked to an anchor point, your page will scroll up or down to the block you linked with an anchor point. Watch the video below for an example of how to use anchor points on websites and funnels.
To add an anchor point to a block on your website or funnel page, click on the Settings option for the block to open the Edit Container Settings pop-up screen as shown below. Select the Add Anchor Point option, and then type the name of the anchor point in the space provided:
You can link a button to an anchor point located on any page on your website.
Note: If you create an anchor point in a funnel, only your other funnel pages can be linked to this anchor point. It works the same on your website. When you create an anchor point on one of your website pages, you will only be able to link buttons on your website back to the anchor point. You are not able to link a button on a website page to an anchor point in a funnel, and vice versa.
Adding Anchor Points to Funnel Pages
If you are adding an anchor point to a funnel page, click on the button you would like to link to the anchor point and select Edit. Go to the Funnel option at the top, click on the arrow at the Funnel Step option to open the drop-down list and select the anchor point you created from the bottom of the list, as shown below:
Adding Anchor Points to Website Pages
If you are adding an anchor point to a website page, click on the button you would like to link to the anchor point, select Edit and click on the Open On Click option:
