There are a few ways you can cancel your CCK subscription.
Instantly Cancel your Subscription
Steps to instantly cancel your CCK subscription:
Go to Dashboard -> Billing
Click on the Cancel option to instantly Cancel your CCK subscription
Cancel Your Subscription At the End Of Your Billing Period
Steps to cancel your CCK subscription at the end of your billing period (when your subscription renews):
Go to Dashboard -> Billing.
Untick the option Renew subscription automatically.
You will see a red notice pop-up to confirm that your subscription will not be renewed.
Pause Your CCK Subscription
When you cancel your CCK account, your website and funnels will be deleted after 1 calendar month.
Pausing your account keeps all funnels, pages, contacts and integrations intact for longer than 1 calendar month.
If you pause your CCK account you will able to log in to your CCK account to upgrade to an active subscription plan but you will be unable to access any of your information or funnels and they will not appear as live until you upgrade back up.
You can restart your CCK subscription at any time simply by logging a ticket with our support team using our chat bubble or emailing support@coursecreatorskit.com and we'll get things sorted for you.
Log a ticket with the CCK support team when you are ready to return and stop your paused subscription.
Cancel Your Paused Subscription Payment
To cancel your paused subscription payment, follow these steps:
Log into your CCK subscription area here
Click on the My Profile icon at the top right of your screen
Select the Subscriptions option on the left
Cancel your subscription by clicking the Cancel Subscription button
Your subscription has been cancelled if you see the red cancelled option
