Upgrade From a Monthly to an Annual Payment Period
To upgrade from a monthly to an annual payment plan on CCK, or to change from an annual plan to a monthly plan, open your Dashboard, select Billing and click on the Change Period button:
On the next screen, your current payment plan will be shown, with the option to select your new payment period. The system will automatically calculate the difference between your existing payment and the new total and charge you the correct difference:
Upgrade your CCK Subscription Plan
To upgrade between the Starter, Growth or Pro + Strategy subscription plans on CCK, open your Dashboard, select Billing and click on the Change Plan button:
You will be presented with our current subscription plans. Click on the Select button shown below the plan you would like to upgrade to:
