Social sharing images, also known as social media thumbnails, are displayed when your website is shared on social media platforms.
These images help attract attention and give users a preview of your content. They should include compelling visuals and relevant text. By adding social sharing images, you can enhance the overall user experience and make your website more visually appealing and shareable across different platforms.
There are two types of social sharing images:
Main social sharing image - represents your whole website.
Alternate social sharing image - represents individual pages or items like store products, appointment events, and funnels.

Before you begin
Images shared on Facebook must be at least 200px x 200px. However, Facebook changes their preferred image sizes frequently. If your image appears cropped, we recommend experimenting with image sizes for current best practices. For more help, visit Facebook's documentation.
Add a Main Social Sharing Image
Open your CCK dashboard > website Settings > General
Delete any existing social sharing image
Replace the image with your own uploaded image
Preview your website social sharing image by sharing your home page URL link on a social media website
Add an Alternate Social Sharing Image
You can add Alternate Social Sharing Images to pages, products, and funnels.
Pages
To add an Alternate Sharing Image for a specific page:
Open the page menu
Click on the page settings gear icon
Open the SEO info tab
Upload your social sharing image for the page under Share Image
Click Save
Store Products
To add an Image or Social Sharing Image for a store product:
Open your CCK Store panel
Open Products
Add or edit an existing store product by selecting the product
Click on the Add Image button
Upload an image for the store product

Funnels
To add a Social Sharing Image for a funnel:
Open your CCK funnel by clicking on your funnel menu
Hover over the funnel you want to edit and select the gear icon that appears on the right-hand side
Click on Show Settings
Upload a Favicon and Social Sharing image under the General tab
Click on the + icon inside each image box to upload a new social-sharing image
You can upload both a favicon and a social sharing image under the general settings tab for a funnel.
Appointment Services
To add a Social Sharing Image for an appointment service:
Open your CCK Appointment module
Click on Services
Click on the Settings option for the relevant service
Scroll down on the pop-up menu until you get to the Image section
Click on the + icon inside the image box to upload a new social-sharing image
