Agent Statuses

What is a status on an agent profile, why is it important, and what does each status represent?

Updating statuses (under the Prospect Management section of the agent profile) is one of the most important actions you can take in Courted! When you update an agent's status, Courted will automatically move the agent into the Pipeline (under the Recruit tab). Your pipeline should be a list of all the agents you and your team are currently nurturing. In order to differentiate between agents you are working on versus other users in your account, be sure to assign agents to yourself.

Below is a full list of all the statuses in Courted, and what their intended use is:

Not qualified

Use the Not qualified status when an agent does not meet the criteria to join your brokerage

Identified

Use the Identified status once you have determined you would like to pursue an agent.

An agent's status will automatically turn to Identified when:

1. The agent is added to Liked Agents

2. The agent is added to a Watchlist

3. When a note is written on the agent's profile

4. When a task is created for the agent

5. When an interaction with the agent is logged

6. When a ComposeAI message is generated and saved to the agent's profile

Contacted

Use the Contacted status once you have reached out to the agent.

Connected

Use the Connected status once you have spoken to the agent directly, whether it was over the phone, through email, via text, or another method of contact.

Meeting scheduled

Use the Meeting scheduled status when you have arranged a meeting with an agent.

Meeting held

Use the Meeting held status after you have met with an agent.

Negotiating

Use the Negotiating status when you are actively going back and forth with an agent, discussing terms or conditions about joining.

Contract out

Use the Contract out status when an offer has been sent to the agent and is awaiting their signature.

Recruited

Use the Recruited status when an agent has officially joined your team. This will add the agent to the Recruited agents page within the Performance section.

Lost

Use the Lost status when an agent has declined your offer or chosen not to move forward.

Not interested

Use the Not interested status when an agent has indicated they are not open to joining at this time, and no further discussions are taking place.
