Great recruiting gets attention—but great retention is what builds a lasting business. One of the simplest (and most overlooked) ways to retain agents is consistent, timely recognition. That’s exactly what Agent Accomplishments is designed to do.
Where to find it
Navigate to the Manage tab and select Agent Accomplishments.
What it does
Agent Accomplishments is a live feed of your team’s biggest wins, automatically surfaced for you. Instead of manually tracking activity, Courted pulls in key milestones from the agents in the offices you’ve selected in your settings.
You’ll see achievements like:
First closing at the brokerage
First listing at the brokerage
Highest closed sale or listing
Leading the market
Open houses
First activity in 90+ days
Each card gives you quick context—who the agent is, what they accomplished, and when it happened—so you can stay on top of meaningful moments without digging.
Why it matters
Recognition isn’t just a “nice to have”—it directly impacts retention. Agents who feel seen and supported are far more likely to stay engaged and loyal to your brokerage. The challenge is consistency, especially as your team grows. Agent Accomplishments removes that friction by bringing those moments directly to you, in real time.
The action
Don’t just scroll—act on it.
Each accomplishment card gives you two easy ways to engage:
ComposeAI: Instantly generate and send a personalized text or email congratulating the agent
Log check-in: Quickly record that you reached out (whether it was a call, in-person conversation, or message outside the platform)
When you use either option, a few things happen automatically:
The card will grey out, so you know it’s been handled
It will disappear from your feed the next day, keeping your view focused on new, unaddressed accomplishments
The interaction is logged on the agent’s profile, so you have a clear record of when you last connected
This creates a simple, effective workflow: spot the win, reach out in seconds, and let Courted handle the tracking.
Building a habit of checking this page daily and acting on a few cards ensures no win goes unnoticed—and over time, those small touchpoints add up to stronger relationships and better retention.
