Strong retention isn’t just about celebrating wins—it’s also about knowing when to step in and support your agents. Coaching Opportunities helps you do exactly that, by highlighting who might need a nudge before they fall too far behind.

Where to find it

Navigate to the Manage tab and select Coaching Opportunities.

What it does

Coaching Opportunities is a proactive feed that surfaces agents who may need attention, based on their recent activity. Instead of waiting for performance dips to become obvious, Courted flags early indicators so you can step in at the right time.

You’ll see alerts like:

  • No activity in 90+ days

  • Lagging the market compared to peers

  • Slower deal velocity or fewer listings

Each card gives you quick visibility into who might be struggling, so you can prioritize outreach and offer support where it matters most.

Why it matters

It’s easy to focus on top performers—but retention often comes down to how you support the middle (and bottom) of your roster. Agents who feel overlooked or stuck are the most likely to disengage or leave.

By identifying these moments early, you can turn potential churn into an opportunity for coaching, accountability, and re-engagement.

The action

Don’t ignore the signal—act on it.

Each coaching card gives you two simple ways to engage:

  • ComposeAI: Generate and send a thoughtful check-in message, whether it’s offering help, sharing advice, or setting up time to talk

  • Log check-in: Record that you’ve already reached out, whether via call, meeting, or message outside the platform

When you use either option:

  • The card will grey out, so you know it’s been addressed

  • It will disappear from your feed the next day, keeping your view focused on active opportunities

  • The interaction is automatically logged on the agent’s profile, so you always know the last time you connected

This creates a simple workflow: identify the risk, reach out quickly, and keep a clean record of your follow-up.

Consistently acting on these alerts helps you stay ahead of disengagement—and shows your agents that you’re paying attention, especially when it matters most.
