After creating your account, when you first log in to Courted you will be taken through our 5 step onboarding flow. Watch the video below and/or read this article for descriptions of each step and a video of the onboarding flow! After you complete each onboarding step, click "Next."

Create Account
Head to brokerage.courted.io/signup to create your account. Be sure to use the same email that you received your access information at. You will need to go through a 2-step verification process to activate your account.
Contact Information
Ensure your name and role information are filled out. This information will help us guide you to the right features and tutorials within Courted to get you started.
Offices
By default, you should have at least one office assigned to you. You may also have one or more related offices you do not manage assigned to you.
If you have too many offices assigned to you, click the Trash can icon next to any office that is not relevant.
If there is an office you manage that is not on the list, search for it by MLS ID and click "Add" to add it to your account.
If you ever need to change your settings after completing initial setup, navigate to your settings here.
That's it! You're ready to get started with Courted.
