Introduction

The CourtReserve API offers a secure and reliable solution for integrating your platform with external systems, providing robust features such as membership management, reservations, and event scheduling. Organizations can enable the Organization API for localized control through their settings or opt for the Enterprise API for centralized multi-location management by contacting Customer Success.

Prerequisites

Organization must be under the Scale or Enterprise subscription plan. API access is not available for organizations under the Start or Grow plan or those on legacy pricing. Organizations that have not switched to the new pricing model (introduced June 1, 2024) can request this integration by speaking with our team to upgrade their plan.

Enabling API Access

To enable API access, navigate to Settings in the sidebar and scroll to the Additional Features section at the bottom. Locate the API Access Integration, toggle it on, and click Setup. System users can then access their Username and API Key by clicking the API KEY button in the Organizations table.
