If you look at the image below, you'll see the 'lock icon' next to the 'Mobile Indoor' tab.

The 'lock icon' means that only logged in admin can see this scheduler. As in, when an admin created the scheduler, that it was marked as 'Private' and is 'locked' from other NON admins from viewing.

To make a Customer Scheduler Private

  1. Go to SETTINGS > CUSTOM SCHEDULERS

  2. Scroll down until you see 'Is Private'

Other Settings

NOTE:

  • 'Is Private' means that YOU the admin are the only user who can view this schedule

  • 'Show on Member Portal' means that this particular scheduler will show up on the Member Portal under 'Book a Court' (also called 'Reservations')

  • Show on Admin Side means that this scheduler will be displayed on the Left Navigation for ALL Admins and Organizers (see example below)

Once created, and 'Show on Admin Side' is selected, it will appear as so:
