INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Create a report that shows member logins for a specific period of time.

  • Use Cases: System users can generate activity (login) reports to measure member engagement with the club. System users can also generate a report to show all inactive members and optionally send them a bulk email with an invitation to update their membership plan.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Click REPORTS > MEMBERS on the side menu.

On the new page:

  • Go to the Current Membership Status heading and check all the boxes. Make sure the Membership Types field is set to ALL (the default setting).

  • Scroll down to the Last Login Date From / To headings. Use the calendar icons to create a period to check member activity. In the screenshot below, the system user checks player logins during the previous month.

  • Optionally, review the Setup Report Output table and use the checkboxes to customize the types of information that the report will display.

  • Finally, click the Run Report button at the top or bottom of the page. CourtReserve opens and new browser tab and shows the report.

System users can save the report. Go back to the Member Reports page and click the Save Report button.

Reviewing the report
