Manage Transactions from the Expanded Scheduler

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Process payments for court bookings and lessons from the Expanded scheduler.

Use Cases: System users can identify which reservations have fees owed and settle payments from the Expanded scheduler. It is also possible to issue receipts.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click SCHEDULERS > EXPANDED.

Locate a reservation on the scheduler. If the reservation has a dollar sign icon in the corner or a red bar at the top, the booking has unpaid members/players.

Click the dollar sign icon to open a transaction workflow. Click the Pay button.

On the next page, click the Payment Type field and select the member's preferred payment method. Optionally, add a note and click Save. Click Yes in the confirmation popup to complete the payment.

CourtReserve changes the status to PAID. If the member requires a receipt, click the Receipt button and then choose an option: paper, printout, or email.

Note: If you prefer not to display the dollar sign or red bar indicating payment information on the Scheduler, you can hide it by enabling "Hide Payment Information on Scheduler" under SETTINGS > ORGANIZATION SETTINGS > General.

Payment Profiles

If a member/player does not have a payment profile, CourtReserve displays a blue Add Payment Profile button. This button prompts members to create a payment profile. Click here to learn more about how players create payment profiles.


ADMIN PERSPECTIVE

CourtReserve removes the red bar and dollar sign icon from a booking on the scheduler after all member fees have been paid.


USER PERSPECTIVE

On the member portal, players click their user account name and then select My Reservations. Under the Upcoming tab, the table shows paid and unpaid reservations.
