Manage User Access to Courts at the Membership Level

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Manage member/player access to courts.

  • Use Cases: System users can create different limits for different membership types. For example, a Guest membership type might be allowed to book two courts per week, and players with a Full Membership type can book four courts per week.

PREREQUISITES

This tool has a direct impact on a member/player's ability to access facilities. System users should have a clear understanding of club policies.

These restrictions are one part of the Restriction rules, which in turn is part of a membership type.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

The first step is to open the relevant membership type.

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click MEMBERSHIPS. A new page displays.

  3. Click the Individual or Family tab.

  4. Select a membership type and click the Reservation Rules tab.

  5. Go to the Restrictions heading and click the By Court Count tab.

Limiting court access

System users can limit the number of courts a person with this membership type can book.

Scan the fields and enter a number (courts per day or week).

Common settings

The values entered in the below fields apply to all the tabs in the Restrictions table.
