INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Manage member/player access to facilities by spacing out reservations (i.e. the number of minutes between bookings).
Use Cases: System users can create different time spacings for different membership types. For example, a Guest membership type might be permitted to book every 48 hours, and players with a Full Membership type might be allowed to book every 24 hours.
PREREQUISITES
This tool has a direct impact on a member/player's ability to access facilities. System users should have a clear understanding of club policies.
These restrictions are one part of the Restriction rules, which in turn is part of a membership type.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
The first step is to open the relevant membership type.
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click MEMBERSHIPS. A new page displays.
Click the Individual or Family tab.
Select a membership type and click the Reservation Rules tab.
Go to the Restrictions heading and click the Time between Reservations tab.
Manage time between bookings
Scan the fields and enter the number of minutes between reservations.
Common settings
The values entered in the below fields apply to all the tabs in the Restrictions table.
