ENTERPRISE BILLING OVERVIEW
Enterprises that choose Enterprise Billing instead of Monthly Per Location Billing will find a Billing tab in their Enterprise navigation.
What is Enterprise Billing?
Enterprise Billing consolidates the subscription billing for all your locations into a single monthly payment. Rather than handling subscription payments separately for each organization, Enterprise Billing simplifies financial management by combining all subscription charges into one monthly payment.
Setup and Coordination
To set up Enterprise Billing, please contact your Engagement Coordinator or our Customer Success Team. Once Enterprise Billing is configured, the Enterprise Manager will have access to four tabs in the Billing Details section:
Billing
Payment Profiles
Payments
Locations
Billing Details
This section provides an overview of your monthly payment structure. Editing this tab is restricted to CourtReserve Representatives.
Payment Profiles
Here you can view and manage the payment method on file, whether ACH/eCheck or Credit Card, for processing your monthly Enterprise Billing payments. If you need to update your payment method, you can create a new payment profile. Once a new profile is added, old ones can be removed.
Payments
This section contains a history of past payments and receipts, allowing you to track your billing history easily.
Locations
The Locations tab within the Billing Details section provides a view of your locations' statuses: Active, Trial, or Expired.
Active: Locations that are currently active and included in your monthly billing.
Trial: Locations still in the setup phase, not yet live, and not included in the monthly billing. Trial locations will not appear in user searches or the Branded Mobile App and cannot send bulk emails until they are subscribed.
Expired Trial: Locations that have reached the end of their 30-day trial period.
Extending a Location's Trial
Enterprise Managers can extend trials by clicking the "Extend Trial" button in the Enterprise Billing Locations table. Admins can also extend the trial from within the location's settings by clicking the red "Manage Subscription" bar at the top of the page.
Activating a Location
When a new location is created, it starts with a "Trial" status and is not included in the monthly billing until activated. When the location is ready to "Go Live," the Enterprise Manager must activate it from the Billing Details Locations tab. Activating the location will add it to the next monthly billing cycle and make it available in user searches and the Branded Mobile App.
