Enterprise: Create a New Location

Quickly Add a New Enterprise or Franchise Location

INTRODUCTION

  1. Feature Summary: Use the Location Template to create new enterprise locations.

  2. Use Cases: Save time and avoid duplicate work.

PREREQUISITES

  • Your organization must be set up as an Enterprise.

  • At least one person in your Enterprise must hold the role of Enterprise Manager. Contact the Customer Success team if you cannot create this role.

  • Must have completed setup of the Location Template. Setup Guide HERE.

CREATING A NEW LOCATION

From the Enterprise Dashboard, choose the Locations tab on the left navigation.

Click the Create Location button.

Complete the form.

As an Enterprise, we recommend using the Location box to identify multiple locations. This field is in the left navigation drop-down.

When the form is complete, click Save. Once saved, the Settings page displays. You can now add users to the copied location.

NEXT STEPS: CONTINUE NEW LOCATION SETUP

After you create the new location, review the settings and add customizations. New locations are added with a Trial Status. Reference the list of items that were not included in the Location Template.

Subscribe to your new location once ready to launch.

Enterprises with a monthly Enterprise Billing plan (1 payment for all locations) can activate their trails from the Enterprise Manager's Billing section.
