Quickly Add a New Enterprise or Franchise Location

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Use the Location Template to create new enterprise locations.

Use Cases: Save time and avoid duplicate work.


PREREQUISITES

  • Your organization must be set up as an Enterprise.

  • At least one person in your Enterprise must hold the role of Enterprise Manager. Contact the Customer Success team if you cannot create this role.

  • Must have completed setup of the Location Template. See Setup Guide here.

CREATE A NEW LOCATION

From the Enterprise Dashboard, choose the Locations tab on the left navigation.

Click the Create Location button.

Complete the form.

As an Enterprise, we recommend using the Location box to identify multiple locations. This field is in the left navigation drop-down.

When the form is complete, click Save. Once saved, the Settings page displays. You can now add users to the copied location.


NEXT STEPS: CONTINUE NEW LOCATION SETUP

After creating a new location, review the settings and add any necessary customizations. New locations are automatically subscribed and include a free 90-day period, giving you time for pre-sales and setup. Be sure to check the list of items not carried over from the Location Template.

For enterprises on a monthly Enterprise Billing plan (one payment for all locations), introductory periods can be activated from the Enterprise Manager’s Billing section. [Learn more about Enterprise Billing and activating new locations here.]
