Sharing and pinning the artifacts you create in Work

Quickly share your artifacts with the rest of your team or the public.

Overview

Artifacts you create in Canvas can be shared with teammates via a public link or contributed to your organization's shared Library. You can also pin your favorite artifacts for quick access from the home screen.

Sharing an artifact

Every artifact in Canvas has a Share button in the header. Clicking it opens the share options:

  • Public link: Generate a shareable link that anyone with access to your Coworker network can view. The artifact is accessible at a unique URL of the form /canvas/\[networkId\]/\[chatId\].

  • Share as Template: Contribute the artifact to your organization's Library (The Commons) so teammates can discover, use, and build on it. When sharing as a template, you'll be prompted to add tags and a description — Coworker can auto-generate a description for you.

  • Visibility controls: You can adjust visibility after sharing. Setting an artifact to "Just me" removes it from shared access. Changes take effect immediately.

Note: The share button is available on all artifact types: interactive dashboards, slide decks, brochures, and documents.

Pinning an artifact

Pinning lets you bookmark an artifact for fast access without hunting through chat history.

  • To pin an artifact, use the three-dot menu (⋯) in the canvas header and select Pin.

  • Pinned artifacts appear in your profile in The Commons and are accessible from your Coworker home screen.

  • You can also pin templates from The Library — find one you use frequently and pin it to keep it at the top of your list.

  • To unpin, return to the three-dot menu and select Unpin.

The Library

The Library is your organization's shared repository of artifacts and templates. You can access it via the sidebar navigation in Coworker.

  • Browse: Discover artifacts and templates shared by your teammates. Use the search bar or browse trending items.

  • Use a template: Click any template to open it. You can use it as-is or ask Coworker to adapt it to your context.

  • Contribute: Share your own artifacts to the Library so teammates can benefit from your work (see "Share as Template" above).

  • Unshare: If you change your mind, you can remove a shared artifact from The Commons via the artifact's Share dropdown or your profile page.

Who can see shared artifacts?

Shared artifacts are visible to members of your Coworker network (your organization). They are not accessible outside your network unless a specific external link is configured by an admin. Visibility is always scoped to your organization by default.
