If you've built something in Coworker that your team could benefit from — a well-crafted dashboard, a reusable report, a polished deck — you can share it to the Library as a template. Once shared, any teammate in your organization can discover it, use it, and build on it.
Sharing an artifact to the Library
You can share any artifact you've created directly from the canvas.
Open the artifact you want to share.
Click the Share button in the canvas header (top right of the artifact).
Select Share as Template from the dropdown.
A dialog appears with an AI-generated description of your artifact. Review and edit the description so teammates understand what the template does and when to use it.
If your artifact uses any private Skills, you'll be prompted to review whether those should remain private or be included with the template.
Click Share to Library to publish it.
Your artifact is now listed in the Library for your organization to discover and use.
Managing your shared items
You can view and manage everything you've shared from your Library profile.
Navigate to Library in the left sidebar, then open your Profile.
The Shared tab shows all items you've contributed.
To remove a template from the Library, click Unshare. This removes it from the public Library; it won't affect copies teammates have already made.
Visibility
When sharing, you control who can see your template:
Everyone in my organization — visible to all teammates in your network
Just me — keeps the artifact private (effectively unshared from the Library)
You can update visibility at any time from your profile's Shared tab or the artifact's detail page in the Library.
What can be shared?
Any artifact you create in Coworker can be shared as a template, including:
Dashboards and control panels
Documents and reports
Slide decks
PDFs and brochures
Spreadsheets and other files
