Library Overview

Discover what your team has already built within Coworker.

The Library is a shared space where you and your teammates can discover, use, and build on ready-made artifacts, agents, and skills. Instead of starting from scratch every time, browse what others in your organization have already built and put it to work immediately.

Browsing the Library

To open the Library, click the Library icon in the left sidebar. You'll land on the main discovery view, which includes:

  • Trending — artifacts and agents that are popular across your organization right now

  • Suggested — items recommended based on your recent activity and teammates you work with

  • Search — use the search bar or press ⌘K to find a specific artifacts by name or topic

  • Browse by type — filter by artifact type (documents, decks, dashboards, etc.) to narrow results

Each item in the Library shows a preview thumbnail, the creator's name, and a short description.

Using an artifact

When you find an artifact you want to use:

  1. Click the artifact to open its detail page.

  2. Click Open in new chat (or Pick up) to create a personal copy in your workspace.

  3. The artifact opens in a new chat where you can edit, customize, and build on it right away.

Note: Your copy of the artifact is independent — any changes you make don't affect the original artifact in the Library.

Saving items for later

If you find something useful but aren't ready to use it yet, bookmark it so it's easy to find later.

  • From the Library, click the bookmark icon on a template card, or open the template detail page and click Save.

  • Saved items appear in your Saved tab in the Library for quick retrieval.

Tips

  • The Library surfaces templates shared by your teammates as well as curated items promoted by your org's admins.

  • Want to contribute your own work? See Sharing to the Library for how to share an artifact as a template.
