Connect Fin so Coworker can read your support conversations and help center content. Fin is a per-user (individual) connection.
What Coworker can do with Fin
Search and read conversations, contacts and help center articles
Draft, create and update help center articles when a task explicitly requires it
Bring support context into answers about customers and accounts
Before you start
You need an active Fin account with access to the workspace you want to use
Fin must not be blocked for your workspace by a Coworker admin
Connect as a member
Go to the Work page at app.coworker.ai.
Click Data Sources.
Select Fin and complete the OAuth authorization.
Coworker will also prompt you inline in a Deep Work session if a task needs Fin and you have not connected it yet.
Connect as an admin
There is no workspace-wide Fin connection. An admin can connect their own account like any member, or block Fin for the workspace from Source Settings.
Good to know
Your connection is scoped to what your own Fin account can see.
Fin is currently a live-tool source rather than an indexed one, so it answers on demand rather than feeding Organizational Memory.
