STEP 1: On the log-in screen, click Forgot Password.
STEP 2: Enter the email address associated with your Encompass account and click Reset Password.
STEP 3: Check your email for the address you entered. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
STEP 4: Click the link in the email to reset your password. Enter your email address and new password. Click Reset Password.
STEP 5: You will be taken to a link where you can enter a new password. After filling in all the fields click reset password.
STEP 6: You will be taken back to the CPR Encompass login page where you will automatically be signed into the platform.
