The Encompass Visit App allows you to start completing a Program at any time, but if you’d like to plan your visit schedule strategically, you can use the visit scheduling feature.
This feature allows you to schedule visits on certain dates and times, giving you easy access to these visits in one place when you’re ready to complete them. Note that visits can only be scheduled for Programs where a location is required.
To schedule visits, follow the steps below:
STEP 2: Click the Schedule a Visit button.
STEP 3: Choose the location you would like to schedule a visit for and click Select. You can scroll the list of locations, or use the search bar to find the store you are looking for.
STEP 4: Choose the date you’d like to schedule your visit. You can also choose a Start and End time if you’d like.
STEP 5: Click Submit.
STEP 6: You will receive a green confirmation banner that your visit was scheduled successfully. You will be redirected to your Scheduled Visits page, where you can start a scheduled visit.
To start a scheduled visit, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Sign in to the Visit App and click the Visit Schedule button.
STEP 2: Find the visit you want to start and click the Select button.
STEP 3: Find the Program you would like to complete and click the Start button.
