Welcome to the Encompass message board! Our goal is to provide a place to connect with other CPR employees in a safe and informative way. To the end, we will work hard to ensure that the following guidelines are being honored.

Check Resources

  • Before posting, please search the intranet, Assurant Learning, GSX, ATLAS, and any other resources. It is likely that your question has been answered.

Be Helpful and Relevant

The Encompass message board is intended to provide helpful, relevant resources to fellow CPR employees. Content you submit should be relevant and based on your own honest opinions and experience.

  • Remember, everyone has a different level of knowledge. There are no stupid questions.

  • For posts on a specific topic, you should only submit answers or comments related to that topic.

  • Be positive, friendly and help one another.

  • Network and build new relationships.

  • Engage, share, learn and have some fun.

Respect Others

In order to maintain a welcoming environment for all users, your participation in the Encompass message boards must always be respectful of others. In particular:

  • Act with and assume honest intentions.

  • Don’t post content that is libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inflammatory. For example, don’t use obscenities or profanity, and don’t express hatred or intolerance for people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender or gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability, including by promoting organizations with such views.

  • Don’t post content that invades others’ privacy. For example, don’t post other people’s phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, or other personal information, and don’t post links to phishing or other malware sites.

  • Don’t impersonate other people or organizations or pretend to be someone or something you’re not.

  • You may question the beliefs and expertise of others as long as it is relevant and done in a respectful and non-threatening manner.

Do Not Promote Anything Illegal

  • Linking to torrents, cracked software, or any otherwise illegal software or product is not allowed.

  • Don’t promote any illegal activity. If it’s a grey area, err on the side of caution.

  • Don’t provide or promote anything that is protected under copyright or intellectual property laws.

CPR and Assurant corporate employees will be moderating the message boards to identify helpful answers and to weigh in with their own knowledge. They will also have the ability to delete posts and remove access.
