Our latest update to Encompass has two new reports that will help you gauge store performance easily and efficiently.

NPS/Repair CSAT Surveys Report

What is it?

A new metric report that displays customer surveys from claim repairs, updated daily.

Where is it?

Who can access it?

All CPR Encompass Users

More Details

The new Customer Survey Report displays all customer surveys attached to claims for the date range you select. This report updates daily with survey completed off of the claims your store(s) perform repairs for.

Use this report to get a real-time snapshot of where your franchise stands for providing the best claim service. Drill down by store to see each store's scores, and use the attached claim numbers to get further details on any survey within RepairQ.

💡Quick Tip💡 Repair CSAT = (Total Surveys with Repair CSAT score of 4 or 5) / (Total Surveys with Repair CSAT Value)


Operational Scorecard

What is it?

A new metric report that displays, by store, metrics tracked by CPR corporate that can determine program compliance.

Where is it?

Who can access it?

Corporate Users & Franchise Admins

The new Operational Scorecard provides Franchise Admins and Corporate Users a breakdown by store of key factors CPR uses to determine program compliance. This report provides Franchise owners visibility into performance metrics being tracked by CPR and Assurant.

Use this report to track store performance, and stay up to date on where your stores stand from a corporate perspective. This report is meant to provide transparency and allow for better informed conversation between Franchises and Corporate.
