CPR Encompass has many tools to help keep your franchises in check and build stronger operating procedures. Some of the most essential tools among them are the metric reports. These reports can give you a clear picture of your business and/or assigned locations by the numbers.

Each report is built with your franchisee benchmarks in mind to ensure you have a good idea of where you were, where you are, and where you are going. The data shown will go back to the beginning of 2022.

These reports are also accessible across your team and the CPR team. This way, no one is left out of the loop if the direction of sales needs to be shifted. The reports available are below:

  • Calendar Report: Compare your sales data across the entire month with this unique calendar-based format view.

  • Daily Metric Dashboard: Look purely into sales at a daily level to find trends and forecast how the next week or month will look.

  • Sales Dashboard: Take a deep dive into all your sales metrics across all assigned locations with summation widgets at the top.

  • Repair Dashboard: Filter out other sales metrics and focus on tickets with this dashboard that looks across all locations for the month.

Using these metrics is not only great on its own but can be even more effective when used with the other tools on CPR Encompass. While managing your teams using Programs, track their progress, and see the difference in their sales with these reports.
