Track Carrier Visits with Overview and Detail Reports

Encompass has two great reports to help you track Carrier Store Visits within the platform. The Carrier Store Visit Overview Report and the Carrier Store Visit Detail Report were designed to help you track Carrier Visits at any level to make sure you're accomplishing visits and staying top of mind for device repair needs.

You'll find both reports within the Reports menu icon (line chart).

Carrier Store Visit Overview Report

The Carrier Store Overview Report allows you to view progress of Carrier Visits within a desired time range. Depending on your level of access, you'll be able to see progress for several stores, or just your own.

Within this report, you will see the following columns:

  • Franchise & Store: Identifies which franchise and store you are viewing information for. If you are a Store User you will not see a column for Franchise.

  • Total Assigned Carrier Stores: This is the number of Carrier Stores currently assigned to this CPR location.

  • Total Visits in Range: This is the number of total visits done within the time range selected. This may include multiple visits to the same assigned store if they were done within the selected time range.

  • % Visited in Range: This provides a percentage of assigned carrier stores visited within the selected time range. Remember, this may not equal Total Visits in Range / Total Assigned Carrier Stores because one assigned store may have been visited multiple times within the selected range.

    • For example, if a CPR Store has 4 assigned Carrier Stores, but 1 Carrier Store was visited twice within the time range, the report would display 2 Total Visits in Range, and 25% Visited.

  • Last Visit in Range: This displays the time and date of the last carrier store visit performed within the chosen time frame. This is displayed as a link so you can easily click to view the details of that last visit.

If desired, and depending on your level of access, you will see different options for filtering this report at the top of your screen. Some users will see the 'Carrier' filter, which is unique to Carrier Visit reporting and will allow you to filter by specific Carrier. You can also export and subscribe to this report.


Carrier Store Visit Detail Report

The Carrier Store Visit Detail Report is a Carrier Store view of visits performed on that store within the time range selected.

Within this report you will see the following columns:

  • Carrier, Carrier Store Name, and Address: These first 3 columns display the specific Carrier Store information.

  • Distance: This column provides the distance between the Carrier Store and the assigned CPR store. By default, CPR and Carrier locations are mapped by closest distance which may or may not be a feasible for a Carrier Visit. This column can overtime help assess whether a Carrier Store should remain assigned to a particular CPR store.

  • Assigned Store and Franchise: These two columns display the CPR Franchise and Store to which this Carrier Store is assigned.

  • Total Visits in Range: This column displays the total number of times this store has been visited within the time range selected.

  • Last Visit in Range: This column provides the time and date of the last visit to this Carrier Store within the time range selected. This is displayed as a link so you can easily click to view the details of that last visit.

If desired, and depending on your level of access, you will see different options for filtering this report at the top of your screen. Some users will see the 'Carrier' filter, which is unique to Carrier Visit reporting and will allow you to filter by specific Carrier. You can also export and subscribe to this report.
