How to use the Monthly Calling Report on Encompass Calling.

Tracking monthly IVR calls in Encompass Calling is easy using the Monthly Call Report. Use this report to see a quick summary by month of calls for your locations.

Accessing the Monthly Call Report

To access this report, start by hovering over the CRM menu and clicking Monthly Call Report.

Filtering the Monthly Call Report

Once in the report, you can choose the month/year you would like to view your report for as well as any additional store filters you'd like applied. Click 'Update' to apply your filters.

You can also export your report by clicking 'Export'.

Reading the Monthly Call Report

When you've applied your filters, you'll see the widgets and columns of information filtered accordingly.

For a more detailed view of the summary information for any store, click 'View Calls' and this will bring you to the Call Report for this particular location and month in the Monthly Call Report.

Important things to know about this report

1) The reporting here may not align with your billing period. Your billing period is based on the date you opted-in for IVR, therefore it will most likely not align with this report. If you are interested in viewing IVR usage for your current billing period, please see the IVR Usage Report.
